Breethr and Magdalena Collaborate to Bring Healthier Air Into Everyday Living
Anderson Valley, California — October 23, 2025
Today was an inspiring day at Magdalena. We welcomed Abhinav Gupta, founder of Breethr, to a Magdalena village, where he met with residents Maureen Peters and Christi Kuhn to begin a meaningful collaboration focused on healthier living through advanced air-systems.
Abhinav brings deep experience at the intersection of indoor air quality, technology innovation, and product development. His work has centered on developing sensor-based monitoring solutions and turnkey systems that enable healthier indoor environments.
By collaborating with Magdalena and our residents, Breethr is advancing its work toward an integrated device that combines heating, cooling, moisture control, and air filtration into a compact home unit. In parallel, a separate monitoring device is being installed in Maureen’s and Christi’s homes to measure indoor air quality and gather feedback during the prototyping phase. These early insights will help Breethr fine-tune the design so that future systems serve real-life homes effectively.
At Magdalena, our commitment is more than just affordability and aesthetics, we’re all about designing homes where well-being is built-in, not added on. Working with innovators like Abhinav and the Breethr team ensures our residents enjoy fresh, balanced air from day one, without needing to invest in multiple expensive devices or manage complicated systems.
This collaboration reflects Magdalena’s broader mission: to make healthy living accessible to everyone, not just a luxury for a few. Clean, comfortable air shouldn’t depend on how much you spend, it should be a given. And by combining our modular housing solution with pioneering air-quality technology, we’re taking one important step toward that future.
