We're excited to share a major milestone for Magdalena. We've secured land and begun deployment in Sonoma County, marking the fourth county in California where Magdalena homes are now live or underway. This newest location is also our most urban setting to date. It sits within an hour of San Francisco, in Rohnert Park, home to Sonoma State University. The property is designed for approximately 150 homes and already supports a diverse, established community of local workers, students, and retirees.
