Expanding our M1 prefab studios: more space, more comfort
We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to our M1 prefab studio design: we’ve extended the length of each unit by two feet, bringing the total length to 32 feet. This adds about 16 square feet of extra space—just the right amount to incorporate a full-size closet right next to the washer and dryer area.

On its journey north from Oakland, our newest M1 studio turned plenty of heads as it made its way up Highway 101 — just over 100 miles to its new stop in Yorkville. From the city streets to the rolling hills, drivers slowed down, pointed, and snapped photos of the modern tiny home gliding past.
Another M1 studio is on the move – headed for Anderson Valley!
We’re thrilled to share that our latest M1 transportable studio is currently docked in the Port of Los Angeles and will be making its way north to the Port of Oakland this Sunday. From there, it will complete the final leg of its journey to Anderson Valley, where it will become a new home for a member of our growing community.
